The project involved demolishing the detention portion of the structure and replacing it with expanded complex systems for detention and intake.

Cornerstone worked with Stantec on the New Homer Police & Public Safety Building completed in Summer of 2020. This Design-Build project brings years of planning and voting to replace the existing 1980’s era building to fruition. Cornerstone continued its long-standing relationship with the City of Homer and worked diligently to meet Police Department requirements in service to the Homer community.
