Cornerstone collaborated with NorthWind Architects in Juneau for this two-phased precision renovation and expansion to the capital city’s juvenile detention center. The project involved demolishing the detention portion of the structure and replacing it with expanded complex systems for detention and intake.

Cornerstone collaborated with kpb architects for this multi-phased precision renovation and expansion of a 135-bed facility that provides a safe and secure environment, and all proper care, for Alaska youth who are being detained pending court action, and those who have been institutionalized for purposes of receiving long term treatment.

Cornerstone worked with Stantec on the New Homer Police & Public Safety Building completed in Summer of 2020. This Design-Build project brings years of planning and voting to replace the existing 1980’s era building to fruition. Cornerstone continued its long-standing relationship with the City of Homer and worked diligently to meet Police Department requirements in service to the Homer community.
